Background & Summary

ARK7 simplifies Real Estate Investment with Professionally Managed Rental Homes in Shareable Units

As part of a cross-functional team of three UX designers and a product manager, I conducted in-depth industry and user research to uncover key challenges in the investment experience. Over three months, we applied a human-centered design approach while aligning our solutions with business objectives.

Our work resulted in the design of two key features:

  1. Smart Investment Mode (Collaborative Effort): A streamlined investment experience designed to enhance decision-making efficiency.

  2. AI Chatbot Redesign (My Contribution) – An assistant that simplifies financial guidance and enhances user engagement.

I led the usability testing and A/B testing for the AI chatbot, iterating based on user feedback to optimize its performance. This feature was successfully developed and launched.

Contribution: I designed high-fidelity prototypes for the AI chatbot and participated in the design of the smart investment mode, carefully considering various user scenarios and access points.
