FoodBridge:
Surplus meets need

Address challenges from COVID-19 lockdowns, serve both B2B and C2C models, minimize food waste, meet immediate needs, and build a connected community.

​College Students Innovative and Entrepreneurial Training Program 

  • Team: Sijia Xie, Ziyun Chen, Yang Qian, Xiaofan Yue

  • Roles: Founder & UX designer

  • Responsibility:

    • Led the team to collaborate with 15 organizations (the government, NGOs, supermarkets, and grocery stores)

    • Designed and managed an app to launch an MVP, saving 2500 pounds of food within 2 months
